Recalled Ammunition Presents Injury Risk

Certain lots of Federal and American Eagle 45 Auto Ammunition has been recalled by the manufacturer. The recall is due to an incorrect propellant charge and there are warnings that use of the recalled ammunition may cause serious injuries.

The lots are:

38x629 through 38x765

38t401 through 38t414

The potential brands are:

American Eagle, Champion, GoldMedal, Hi-Shok, and Federal Personal Defense.

If you have any ammunition covered by the manufacturer immediately discontinue use and contact the manufacturer at 1-800-831-0850 for recall information.
